New Patients

Request Appointment

Our goal is to serve our community with uncompromising excellence in podiatry. Earning the trust of each new patient is important to us, which is why we are committed to listening to your concerns and answering your questions to the best of our ability. Then we can truly work with you toward your own health and recovery.

When You First Walk Through Our Doors

We understand that visiting a new doctor can be a nerve-wracking event, particularly when you—or those you care about—are in a lot of pain. We strive to make the whole process as easy and helpful for you as possible. When you walk through our doors, we’ll welcome you with a smile and get you started with the necessary insurance forms and some personal information. You can expedite this process by downloading and completing the new patient forms we provide beforehand, so you don’t have to fill them out in the office. You can print them out here:

In order to view or print these forms you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. Click here to download it.

We will also need to see your insurance cards and possibly a photo ID, so please bring both to your appointment. If you have a list of your current medications, that would also be helpful for us.

What to Expect During Your Appointment

When your appointment is initially confirmed and scheduled, you will receive an email from our office confirming your appointment date and time. Once your check-in is complete at our office, we’ll take you back to an exam room to thoroughly evaluate your feet, ankles, and legs and discuss your discomfort. During this time, we will also gather your medical history and answer any questions that you have.

We’ll take a little time to get to know you better, too. We want to understand what you are saying about your pain and needs. After all, who knows about your worries and what your feet are feeling better than you? You are more than just another pair of feet to us, and knowing you and your concerns help us give you the best care possible.

At this time we can also request any tests we may need to accurately diagnose your lower limb condition. Once we have a diagnosis for you, we will work with you to establish a targeted treatment program to restore your limbs to full health and strength in a way that matches your individual needs.
