Understanding Insurance

Insurance can be a helpful—but frustrating—part of health care. We understand this, and will do our best to accommodate your carrier. We accept all major HMOs and PPOs, including United Health Care, UPMC, Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Penn Highlands, Medicare, and Aetna. If you’re not sure if we partner with your carrier, please call ahead of your appointment to check and we will be happy to assist.

Coming In for Your Appointment

Your time and your health are extremely valuable. We are committed to making the most of both for you every time you set foot in our office. For this reason, we have forms available for new patients to fill out before you come in, so as to expedite your check-in. You can print these from our New Patient page. We will also need your insurance cards and a photo ID to complete the check-in process, so please be aware of this.
