    Dr. Ratchford had impressed me with her vast knowledge of foot conditions. I had multiple issues such as high arched feet, callouses in unusual places, pain in the little toes of both feet, heel pain, and swelling, that she diagnosed as Achilles Tendon. After just one office visit, I left her office with treatment and solutions for all of my foot issues. I could tell that Dr. Ratchford had years of experience because she was familiar with every one of my issues even though a few of them were not so common. The office staff was friendly and efficient.
